Turn client calls and emails into a to-do board that updates itself.

Keep every promise you make on a call.

The asks and the changes come in calls, emails and messages, in whatever order they happen.

nicefig puts each one on the work it belongs to, so when a client asks how it is going, you already know.

From a message to a card, in three steps.

+

1Connect your email, calls and messages

Forward your inbox and your call recorder's notes once, and from then on they arrive by themselves. Anything else, paste in.

↻

2It files each piece against your existing work

New jobs become new cards. Updates to something you already have go onto that card, even if it started three weeks ago.

✓

3Everything lands on one board

Each card carries the client, the date and the next step. You choose what stays.

Open it up and see why.

Every change on a card shows who said it, where, and when.

It takes your work from wherever it arrives.

You do not have to change how your clients talk to you. nicefig reads what they already send.

Calls and meetings

The notes your recorder emails after each call arrive by themselves once you forward them, and are filed to the right client. From any recorder, you can also paste the full transcript.

Email

Forward your work inbox once. nicefig decides which client each email is about and leaves the newsletters alone.

Anything else you decide

The browser extension collects the bits you select, from a Teams chat or a shared document, and sends them when you are ready.

Everything it connects to

Made for people who like their work.

Try a board with a week of work on it.

This is a copy of the board with a week of work on it.

It answers questions, drafts your emails, and writes your client updates.

Ask about any client, and see where the answer came from

"What did Priya say about the signs?" It answers from your calls, emails and notes, and links the place it found it.

It remembers what each client told you

Prices, wording a client insists on, who signs off what. It uses them in everything it writes for you next.

It drafts the chase-up email in your words

Waiting on a printer for a week? It writes the message, and you send it.

A full client update in one click

Pick a client and a period. It writes the progress report from the work on the board.

It researches a task and writes up what it found

Ask it to look into something. It reads the web and your own notes, and comes back with a short brief.

Recurring work appears when it is due

Monthly reports, quarterly reviews. Set them once and they arrive with their checklist ready.

How it all works Getting started on day one

The AI that reads your data keeps none of it.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. nicefig sends what you put in only to AI providers that keep none of it once they have answered and never train on it. We do not train on it either.

Where is my data kept, and who can see it?

On a secure server in the European Union, backed up every night, encrypted, also in the EU. A board is seen only by the people you add to it.

A client asked about compliance. What do I tell them?

That their information is stored securely in the EU, seen only by the people on your board, and read by AI that keeps nothing. The small print has the detail, and we will fill in any questionnaire they send.

More on what happens to your emails, calls and data

One plan, $19 a month.

Everything about the price

$12 a month

The first 50 people pay $12 a month for as long as they stay, instead of $19. The first month is free: we take a card at the start and charge nothing until it is up. A board for each client, and the people who read or help are free. Each extra person whose own email and calls come in is $15 a month.
